If I may, a
little self-background, I’ll be brief.
First and foremost I’m a family man, with strong ethical and moral values. Once
serving many years as a Marine, handled classified materials, traveled the world
over, a veteran of foreign wars, and honorably discharged. Later became a
licensed Mortgage Broker, operated as a Correspondent Lender’s Branch
Manager, and became an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. So, as you can see, I understand the importance of exactly what you
need to have done, and all the many hours of hard work that have gone into your
loan package.
For the record,
no I won’t ever knowingly contact any of the clients I’ve worked with you on
(notice I didn’t qualify that with like a year or even five years … your clients
as far as I’m concerned will always be your clients). Also, seeing as I don’t
leave them with any of my contact information the likelihood of them contacting
me, is probably like a billion to one. That’s my word, and anyone
who knows me, knows my word is something most valued.
ALL this is so stated in STRONG verbiage
intentionally written as a token of my good faith in our Service Agreement,
though extremely detailed, I’m sure you’ll agree its fair throughout. In
addition, so you know we’re on the same page … despite my mortgage background, I
will NEVER discuss or suggest any options, pricing, or other matter that would
in any way jeopardize the relationship you have with your client either
currently or in the future. To your client, I present myself as a Certified
Notary Signing Agent, and operate with the restraints of that position. I
do, however, know and understand what’s necessary to complete a successful
closing, and that will be my goal every time you send me out.
As a NNA Certified
Notary Signing Agent, I strictly adhere
to their guiding principles. This in and of itself is of great benefit to
you. It ensures things get done right, and protects all interested parties
(including privacy) with respect to NOT divulging, extracting or using personal
or proprietary information disclosed in the execution of a notarial act for
anything other than official purposes. If you’d like a copy of the NNA guiding

and public servant, my responsibilities as set forth from the Governor are
clear, and include, honest, fair, and unbiased service. These traits,
coupled with the willingness to go the extra mile not only set a standard, but
also help set me apart.
